The SoTL Collaboratory periodically distributes funding opportunities relevant to SoTL work through the SoTL list-serv.  However, the SoTL Collaboratory doesn’t currently offer any formal support for proposal preparation, but we are exploring developing cross-institutional SoTL project development opportunities for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Please visit our Connect page for more details and to sign up for the listserv to receive the latest Collaboratory news.

Note for Mason Faculty and Graduate Students:

The Stearns Center for Teaching and Learning offers some Mason cohort-based SoTL programming and partners with Mason’s Research Development Office to support proposal development for GMU PI/co-PIs applying for large and complex proposals relevant to SoTL. Contact Dr. Laura Lukes, lead for SoTL and DBER initiatives in the Stearns Center and for more information.

All grant funding applications must be submitted by Mason’s Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). OSP provides proposal submission support including budget review and solicitation compliance reviews. Request support by completing the Request for Proposal Assignment.
