The SoTL Faculty Learning Community (FLC) supports Mason faculty interested in conducting SoTL research, publishing, and grant writing.
SoTL is the systematic study of teaching and learning in higher education with the goal of improving student learning, including examining classroom practice in a scholarly way, researching teaching and learning across programs or student populations, and sharing work through publication. Community members will work individually and collaboratively in a supportive environment.
This FLC meets monthly throughout the 2019-2020 academic year. See Meetings for details. Participants are also invited to meet during faculty write-ins and writing retreats.
